Concrete Care & Use

General cleaning is best done using a cloth soaked in warm water with mild dish soap of neutral pH. We also recommend natural cleaning products from Better Life. Simple Green is a trusted non-abrasive formula with a mild alkaline pH for removing heavier grease. Applying Pledge routinely can fill in hairline scratches and give your pieces a nice sheen. Although our sealer can withstand harsh liquids & chemicals, cleaning these substances from the surface is still a good idea. This includes turmeric, highly acidic liquids (lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, wine, soda, citric acid, tomatoes), and other harsh chemicals or solvents (perfumes, ammonia, acetone, hydrogen peroxide, etc.).

Avoid abrasive soaps, cleansers, or scrubbing pads that can wear down the sealer. We recommend using mild, non-abrasive, non-ammonia, non-citric acid, non-vinegar, non-bleach soaps and cleaners.

Avoid cutting directly on your concrete or dragging sharp, complex objects over the surface. This will not damage the concrete, but it might damage the sealer, which protects it. Always use a cutting board when cutting and preparing food.

Avoid placing hot pots and pans directly on your concrete surface. Concrete is very heat resistant, but the concern is damaging or discoloring the sealer. Use a trivet or a hot pad.

One of the benefits of concrete is that damages such as chipping or stains are repairable in most cases.

For Protection

We have applied three coats of our state-of-the-art topical sealer to your product for optimum protection. This will enhance the concrete’s color while resisting any typical/expected “stain threat.” Proper maintenance will ensure that your concrete looks and performs well for years. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

BLESSING’S CONCRETE DESIGNS warrants for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery that its Products shall perform in a good and workmanlike manner following applicable standards; comply with any applicable laws, rules or regulations and not violate or infringe upon any presently issued patent or copyright of any third party. This warranty does not include or cover:

  • hairline cracks in the concrete
  • damage caused during installation or due to incorrect installation
  • damage caused by incorrect cleaning or care
  • damage caused by incorrect use
  • damage caused by acts of abuse to the products such as scratches, chips, stains, or other markings/damage, or
  • Damage caused by drilling into or attempting to alter the product from how it was received

 

THE PRECEDING WARRANTIES ARE BLESSING’S CONCRETE DESIGNS’ ONLY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE PRODUCTS AND ARE MADE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CUSTOMER ONLY AND ARE IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.

 

BLESSING’S CONCRETE DESIGNS’ sole responsibility under this Agreement shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at its own expense, of any non-conforming BLESSING’S CONCRETE DESIGNS Products provided hereunder and discovered by the Customer and reported to BLESSING’S CONCRETE DESIGNS within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

 

BLESSING’S CONCRETE DESIGNS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR OTHER RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONCERNING ANY LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ALLEGEDLY CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, ANTICIPATORY PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
